Baumert Insurance Group ("we," "us") is an independent insurance agency. This policy describes what we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details (phone, email, ZIP code), and the insurance details you provide — for example date of birth, marital status, vehicle information, property or rental address, roof age, claims history, or business details, depending on the coverage you choose. We also record standard technical details when a form is submitted — IP address, browser user agent, page, and time — together with the exact version of the consent language you agreed to, as proof of your consent to be contacted.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The only data that leaves your browser is what you submit in the quote form.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare insurance quotes, to contact you about your request, and to service policies you place with us. Preparing a quote requires sharing your information with the insurance carriers we represent so they can rate your risk. That is the only sharing that happens.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We are not a lead aggregator. Your information is not shared with other agencies or lead buyers.

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone or text, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time — reply STOP to any text, or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop within ten business days.

Retention and security

Quote and consent records are retained for at least five years, as required for insurance regulation and telemarketing compliance. Information is transmitted over HTTPS, passes through our website host (Cloudflare) solely to deliver it to us, and is stored in our agency management system, which is access-controlled.
